Lockable ink and electronics connectors ensure stable, secure operation whilst printing, with nozzle protection minimising the impact of any media crashes. By using the latest actuator firing technology the Xaar Proton delivers consistent print and reliable operation to meet the needs of the grand format industry. The 53.7mm print swathe has 382 nozzles delivering a native print resolution of 180dpi with a current firing frequency of 9.5khz printing 35pl ink drops.
